A month with B2W Group: A tale of Two Emotions

Their rigorous and impactful program in Digital Contact Center, Cyber Security, and Digital & IT Skills was a wild ride, but the best part? The amazing tutors who made it an unforgettable experience. Dawn Stevens, the lead tutor, is a rockstar! Her humor and amiability made even the most intense sessions a joy. Lorraine Hill and Mark Hobbins were equally fantastic, delivering top-notch content with professionalism and flair. I loved how they used real-life examples to illustrate complex concepts - it made everything so much easier to understand!  Dawn is an avid supporter of Nottingham Forest Football Club.
